Return / Cancellation Policy

Parkify is not a physical product but a parking service provided in real time. Therefore, refunds are not available for paid and used parking time.

Exceptions may apply in the following cases:

• A technical error resulting in the same amount being charged more than once (duplicate payment)
• An incorrect system calculation resulting in a charge that does not match the actual usage time

In such cases, the user may contact us via the Contact Us section and request an investigation. For confirmed technical errors, any excess amount charged will be refunded to the user.
