Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Parkify service (hereinafter — the "Service"). The Service is provided by Electrify Azerbaijan LLC (TIN/VÖEN: 1702962591). By using the Service, the user is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Description of the service

Parkify provides vehicle owners with a way to pay for parking. When a vehicle enters a parking area, its license plate is automatically recorded by camera. When exiting, the user can enter the plate number to see the amount due.

3. Payment methods

Payment may be made by one of the following methods:

• Cash payment
• Bank card payment at a terminal
• Payment via bank mobile applications

The payment amount is calculated based on how long the vehicle stayed in the parking area and is shown to the user in real time upon exit.

4. Service delivery time

Once payment is confirmed, the service (permission to exit the parking area) is provided immediately — no additional waiting time is required.

5. Recurring payments

Parkify does not use any automatic or recurring payment system. Each payment is made once by the user solely for a specific parking session. No amount is charged in the future without the user’s consent.

6. Changes to the terms

Electrify Azerbaijan LLC reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
